We charge a professional planning fee to ensure each trip is handled with care and priority. This fee reflects the time, research, connections, and attention to detail we bring to every itinerary.
Planning fees begin at $500 per week of travel, and scale based on group size, complexity, and timeline.

1. Let’s Connect
Complimentary Discovery Call
We’ll start with a 30-minute call to learn more about your travel style, preferences, and vision. You’ll also learn about our planning process, timelines, and service structure. If we’re the right fit, we move forward together. If not, we’ll recommend someone in our network that is.
2. Planning Fee & Onboarding
Your Custom Travel Concierge Begins
Once your planning fee is confirmed, we send over a welcome kit with an intake form and next steps. We begin crafting your custom itinerary based on your needs, pace, and preferences. For clients with hotels in mind, we offer complimentary booking services with Preferred Partner perks like free breakfast, early check in, late checkout, room upgrades, and resort credits where available. ​
3. Curated Itinerary Design
Tailored Itinerary Development
We research, design, and present a proposed itinerary—complete with accommodations, experiences, dining suggestions, and logistics. You’ll receive a digital proposal and can request edits as needed (up to two rounds of revisions).

4. Booking & Confirmation
White-Glove Coordination
Once the final itinerary is approved, we secure and confirm all travel components, leveraging our preferred partners for VIP perks and exclusive benefits. You’ll receive a polished final itinerary with confirmations, destination tips, and concierge details.
5. Travel with Confidence
We’re With You Every Step of the Way
Before you depart, we’ll check in with tips and reminders. During your trip, we’re available for real-time support or last-minute adjustments—so you can simply enjoy the experience.
6. Welcome Home & What’s Next?
